These conditions of use should be read in conjunction with the Scaffold Association of Queensland  SAQ privacy policy and SAQ reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users who access the website business directory should also read and agree to the Terms & conditions associated with the webpage should read before accessing the page.

All information on this website is provided for information only. The SAQ has made reasonable efforts to ensure that information is accurate. However, there may be inadvertent and occasional errors for which the SAQ regrets and apologises.

SAQ makes no representations or warranties of any kind about the information provided on its website or any other item used either directly or indirectly from SAQ’s website and reserves the right to make changes and corrections at any time, without notice.

The SAQ does not accept responsibility for loss or damage suffered by any person or body relying directly or indirectly on any information contained within this website and by accessing this website, you agree that SAQ will not be liable for any inaccuracies or omissions or any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages or losses, or any other damages or losses of whatsoever kind resulting from whatever cause through the use of any information obtained either directly or indirectly from or through SAQ website and any decisions based on such information are the sole responsibility of the visitor.

 

 

Terms & conditions

All users accessing the web site permit all details supplied in forms, business directories or searches may be stored electronically by the SAQ (Scaffolding Association of Queensland) and to be contacted from time to time by the SAQ for feedback or to be advised of new features or promotions. Users’ details will not be disclosed to third parties or used in any other way.

All Scaffolding Association of Queensland members listed on the SAQ website are independent businesses and not engaged by nor are representatives of the SAQ.

SAQ will not assist with the administration or any contractual agreements made between users of the website facility and SAQ members – The website supplies the contact details of available members, users must deal directly with the member.

This is a referral service only and contains details of SAQ members who have agreed to their details being made available. The website randomly lists members of the SAQ, the Association cannot guarantee that the listed service is the correct for the application.

SAQ makes no representations or warranties as to the quality of workmanship of those listed. It is strongly recommended that all users perform their own appropriate checks and other credentials and qualifications, prior to engaging a contractor for work or signing a contract. The SAQ will not be held liable for problems or faults arising from engaging any scaffolding or labour contractor.

Negligent, abusive, or use of this service for any other purpose than scaffolding services for personal/private use is not allowed. All users agree to use the web site for personal/private use only and not to target SAQ members for marketing, sales or promotional purposes.
